KEEP THE PAPERWORK HANDLED.
Keep it current
Every credential carries the expiration date you entered. Set how far ahead you want to be reminded, and Steelticket emails you on that schedule. The Next 90 days view shows what’s coming due, and a private calendar link puts every date into Outlook or Google Calendar.
Send it right
Your book keeps each general contractor together with the people you deal with there. Send a packet to one person or to your whole list in one go. Every recipient gets their own link, their own cover letter and their own receipt. You choose how long the link stays open: 7, 30 or 90 days.
Keep the record
Each send leaves a receipt: who received it, when it left, when the link was opened, when the documents were downloaded, and when the link expires. If their email system rejects the message, the receipt says so. If a link sits unopened for a week, Steelticket lets you know. Stop a link and it stops working at once; the receipt remains.
Let someone else handle it
Invite a helper and decide what they can do: assemble packets, send them, or manage your book of general contractors. They see only the documents you choose to share with them, and only you can delete a packet. Your standard answers to prequalification forms stay in one place, ready to use on the next one.
